House Rules and Guidelines
General Rules

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 1PM, and check-out is 11 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and check out beyond 11am will be chargeable at 1500/- per hour.

Valid ID Required: All guests must provide a government-approved photo ID at check-in (Aadhar, Passport, Driver’s License).

Maximum Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay. No unregistered visitors without prior approval.

No Stag Bookings: We do not accept bookings from all-male groups (stags) , if any booking from stags is made under false information no refund will be given.

Respect the Space & Environment

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Guest are welcome to use garden area for smoking.

Quiet Hours: Maintain peace from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbours and fellow guests.

Keep the Space Clean: Please dispose of trash properly and leave the place as tidy as possible.

Woodburry Mansion is located in quiet part of the town. To maintain the serenity of the place and surroundings we encourage certain rules.

Authorities prohibit Music after 10 p.m.

Garden Area can be used for conversations and music but no music shall be allowed in the garden area post 10 p.m.

Guests are requested to move the party in-doors after 10 p.m . The living area can be used to carry out conversations but no loud music is permitted inside living room after 10 P.M
Staff & Property Etiquette

Caretaker on Site: There is one caretaker on the property to look after maintenance and facilitate basic requests. However, he is not responsible for running personal errands or cooking for guests.

Lock the Doors & Windows: For safety, always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
Usage of Amenities

Kitchen Use: Guests can use the kitchen but must clean up after themselves.

Power & Water Conservation: Electricity and water are precious in the hills; kindly use them responsibly.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellations within 15-29 days of arrival: No cancellation fee will be charged.

No Show : No refund will be given
Refund Policy

Any refunds due will be processed within 7 business days on the same account through which payment has been made

Premature departure: No refund will be given for early departures.

Force Majeure
-
In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions, travel bans, epidemics or pandemics, we will allow a one-time date change amendment without any charges, up to 3 months from the original booking date. Any difference in tariff will be borne by the client. This flexibility applies to bookings where 100% payment has been received.
